Acquira services and Momentum subscriptions.
Professional services
Engagement terms, fees, scope
and payment arrangements are
confirmed separately with clients
before work proceeds.
Acquira Professional Services offers M&A brokerage, advisory and related support for clients seeking to buy, sell, merge or reposition legal-sector businesses.
Client responsibilities
All parties are expected to maintain confidentiality over information shared during advisory, search, subscription or M&A work.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and for verifying information provided by third parties during a transaction process.
Momentum subscriptions
Momentum subscriptions are subject to a minimum 12-month contract term and renew automatically at the applicable rate unless cancelled in accordance with the terms.
By completing a Momentum subscription, subscribers agree to the applicable terms of use and privacy policy.
Client responsibilities
Acquira does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of information provided by buyers, sellers, investors or other third parties.
